As an empathic listener and problem solver, I’m here to offer a respectful, non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself. I work with adults 18 and up who are navigating the many challenges of our unpredictable world. Whether you’re dealing with past trauma, a current transition, or a life event that has left you feeling stuck or fearful, I’m here to help you find your way forward.

My personal experiences have given me valuable insight into family dynamics, codependency, substance use, addiction, and the challenges of depression, anxiety, and trauma. At the heart of my practice are my core values, including the Platinum Rule: rather than treating others as I would want to be treated (Golden Rule), I strive to treat others as they wish to be treated. I believe this approach fosters respect and understanding, ensuring that I meet you where you are in your journey. My greatest strengths are my empathy and my nonjudgmental attitude, and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges and grow.

A few of my specialties include working with women, seniors, young adults in transition, LGBTQ+ adults, individuals in alternative or nontraditional lifestyles, and Adult Children of Alcoholics/Dysfunctional Families. In our work together, you’ll have the freedom to explore your unique challenges without fear or shame.

Healing is a deeply personal journey. Together, we’ll work from your strengths to build the tools and support you need to create meaningful change in your life. I’ve walked this path myself, and I know it can be difficult—but also deeply rewarding. You’ve already taken the hardest step in seeking help. I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
