Welcome! Seeking support is a powerful first step, and you’ve just taken it. If you’re
looking for a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space to process the life challenges you’re experiencing, you’re in the right place.
I work with adults and couples who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges. Whether you’re processing past experiences or facing a current situation that feels overwhelming or unsettling, my goal is to help you feel supported as you move forward. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
My work is informed by both professional training as a licensed clinical social worker and lived experience. I don’t just talk the talk, I’ve walked the walk. This allows me to bring insight and understanding to real-life concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, substance use, and complex family dynamics.
I work with adults across the lifespan, including women, seniors, young adults in transition, and Adult Children of Alcoholics/Dysfunctional Families. I am LGBTQ+ allied, sex-positive, and supportive of diverse identities, relationship structures, and alternative or nontraditional lifestyles. I am committed to meeting you where you are and creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and respected. If you’re feeling ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out and see if working together feels like a good fit.
