Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! I know that choosing a mental health professional can feel like an important and sometimes difficult decision, and I look forward to the opportunity to become part of your mental healthcare journey.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including those who have experienced a wide variety of traumatic and challenging life events. I bring over 20 years of experience in the medical field, including my work as a Critical Care Paramedic in ambulances, Emergency Departments, Intensive Care Units, and Pediatric Intensive Care Units.

In addition to my medical background, I have several years of experience working in the Community Mental Health field. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), allowing me to provide additional support to individuals navigating concerns related to substance use and recovery.

I am passionate about helping people heal, grow, and overcome the obstacles they face. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I have experience using a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Theory, Solution-Focused interventions, and more.

My goal is to create a supportive and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we can work toward identifying your strengths, developing practical tools, and finding solutions that help you move forward. I look forward to getting to know you and walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth. I accept most insurance plans. To find out whether I accept your insurance, please feel free to call me directly at (269) 718-3707.
